Participants are to pay for their own hotel accommodation. The Organizing Secretariat will provide for hotel reservations if required.
Please note October is high season in Ischia, so a timely reservation is advised.

The first come, first served standard will be applied.

Advance payment for the whole stay will be required to guarantee your booking.
Hotel reservation without payment will not be accepted. A voucher will be sent with the hotel name and address after the whole payment is received.
Hotels may charge the entire stay in case no-show occurs.

Hotel reservation request will be accepted till 10th September 2003.

Please note that no agency fee is required for the reservation service. However, any modification in arrival and departure dates after the hotel voucher is mailed, will be charged a fee of € 25,00.
