| Passports and visas | Although
the Schengen Treaty sanctioned the free circulation of persons and
goods within most the EU countries, identity papers should always
be carried; a valid passport is required for citizens of other countries,
who should ask their local Italian Embassy or Consulate whether
a visa is required. Sistema Congressi will gladly help participants
with their visa formalities; all such requests must be made before
30 August, 2003 to ensure enough time for exchange of documents. Health Insurance It is highly recommended that all Conference participants carry proper travel and health insurance as the Organizers cannot accept liability for any accidents or injuries that may occur at the Conference |
